Molly Dowling, BA
(she/her)
Treatment Coordinator
Independent Living Skills Trainer

Molly (she/her) was born and raised in the Seattle area, and continued her education at Western Washington University to obtain a degree in Sociology.  Fascinated by how our physical environment and surrounding relationships impact us so greatly, Molly began working within her field of study, and in residential programs in 2020. Since then, Molly has created life skill related curriculums for dual diagnosis adults, worked apart of clinical teams in harm reduction sobriety programs, as well as working with CSEC youth.

Working with and empowering youth is a passion of Molly’s. She was drawn to the Academy at Sisters because of the holistic approach, the opportunities for growth in the community and in nature, as well as the passionate team that leads the program to success. This program is unique and offers room for professional and interpersonal growth.

When Molly isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time outside skiing, backpacking, skating and rafting.
